A litte info u should know about Nathan Peddicord...Owner of Excessive Amperage

i still dont trust them.... ohios alot more proven , along with some others.... just figure hes comparable to autozone, where as others are like getting stuff from the dealer.... gotta pay to play....

peas, your points are moot at best. alot of people complaining compared to 2 or 3 that are satisfied. i got a little bit of a run around with nate as well, then i went to iraggi and that was a mistake as well. ohio or mean green seems to be the way to go nowadays.

very understandable, but that the same time ive heard b*tchen about both of them companies too, so in the end it comes down to 3 things, $$, reputation, personal peferance. i could ***** about a couple speaker compaines ive had problems with but in the end it always gets you no where

Before I begin with my experience...change your own alt. ****!

I'm 17 and I went out and bought a chilton book for my car, and changed my own alt, and it wasn't hard at all.

Anyway. Nate shipped me an alt he said would fit. It didn't. I contacted him, shipped it back, and he sent out a new one. A week later I had a perfectly working 200A alt. The first alt. didn't fit, but it sounded as though he had never worked with a SHO before, so he did not realize I would have an extra inch of clearance to fit the new one. I was mad about the extra week, but my new alternator works flawlessly.

please read above why i didnt change it myself

how are they gonna know you changed it? just do it yourself and if it wasnt workin right, take it somewhere and have the alt checked, and if you need to take your car/truck in for service just throw the stock one back in it
