If you can just answer one, I might be your best friend:

1. Is there a battery terminal that accepts 2-Gauge, and 1/0 Gauge?

2. Is it even worth it to get a new battery terminal? I have the generic stock one, and it seems to be working just fine [i haven't done the big 3 yet]

3. Is it hard to wire in an alarm system? [Also, what's a good alarm system for a '98 Mustang Coupe? Nothing too expensive, but something that'll work]

4. What do you guys think of Carputers?

there are battery terminals out there for everything, i would personally run a terminal where you can attach rings and not direct connect. and when you do the big 3 you will want a new terminall for positive a negative. just gives you more room to work with

They are the same thing just the second 1 looks more pretty!! with either you can put as many as 6 rings per terminal. It also have a 8ga Allen head input for both POS/NEG. you can do a combo of whatever wires u want 8,4,2, 1/0 what ever suits u and there is always room to add.

But, is it purely for aesthetics / easiness? Or are they more effecienty and such?

'cause, if it's not really na better, I'll stick with my default terminals. BUt, if they're better, I'll cough up the money and get 'em, ya' know?
