well i started my box today for my 15" btl fully loaded, and i almost finished it (i had to work 1-9 today)

my sub is going to be facing forward, and im kind of worried that the basket might break, or that it may mess the box up.

i didnt double baffle it today, but tomorrow i am going to, im more worried that when i hit bumps and stuff the sub will torque the box and break the screws.

also, is there a way to build a support for the motor, i was thinking just building a half circle out of mdf to fit under it with some sort of support to hold it up...

i really doubt you will break the screws. as long as they are tight and the box is solid //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

this is the box

4.5^3 at 34 hz 67.5 square inches of port

got a little to glue happy :/ but im going to sand all that off tomorrw, my hand were covered in it, i used gorilla glue //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

you will not break the box. if your worried about it, double baffle the front. you had a good one by saying to build a small 1/2 circle brace to support the magnet.
