More pics. From here on out it is just bondo and sanding after adding some more 2x4's. You likely wont have any more pics today.

The color the box will be. It has the consistancy of spray on bedliner. It even sort of smells the same but it is grey with speckle in it.

It's probably already halfway paid for it'self if you consider the local shop charges $10 a run on the AC.

The gasket will come flush with the port and hang over on the other side. The screw holes will be drilled so there is no worry about splitting or cracking the finish.
