9 Conductor Speaker Wire Question

I'm currently looking for manufacturers and sources for multi-conductor speaker cable in order to eliminate running multiple strands of wire in a limited space.

So far, I have seen that Streetwires sells 9 conductor SmartWire in 18 gauge, and Monster Cable also offers the XLN OEM speaker cable 9 conductor in 16 gauge.

Are there any additional manufacturers of 9+ conductor wiring that can be used to interface with OEM speaker wiring and as a remote amp turn-on lead? Does anyone offer this multi-conductor wire in any gauges larger than 16?

This wire will be run to a set of components and a set of coaxials from a 100x4 chan amp (USAMPS XT-1600.4). Would 16AWG be sufficient, or do I need to go with larger diameter wire?

Any leads for good sources of obtaining the wire would also be appreciated.

Hey Trixxter - I found 2 other manufactures of 9 conductor wiring that range from 24 to 14awg.

Parts Express has a boat load of this stuff in both 14awg and 12awg. Check http://www.partsexpress.com .
