8" Sub JBL VS Rockford Fosgate

Hi

After calculating my sub box, it is obvious that i need a sub that requires the least amount of Cu.Ft. as possible.

I have found 2 that have the lowest required Cu.Ft. that i can get here in Canada.

JBL GTO 804

0.3 cu. ft.

Rockford Fosgate P1S48

0.2 - 0.3 cu.ft.

Between these two models, whic one, in your experience is better?

It will be powered by a 2 channel JBL amp that produces 290 Watt bridged at 4 ohm.

well, i have pretty much made up my mind on the JBL GTO 804. But this Elemental Designs 8" keeps popping up everywhere and is getting so much hype. So i am just wondering if it would be THAT much better than the GTO 804.

jbl for sure. IMO rockford doesnt sound good and the quality on them are bad
