6k to Build your Dream System - Help

Any input would be appreciated. Parameters are as follows:

Full size, New, GMC Crew Cab (4-door)

Hi-Fidelity (not looking for loudness or exterior noise - no pain at high volumes)

Looking for Imagery, Clarity, Fullness, Seperation.

DVD, Sat., Hrd.Drv, Nav., MP3 - Head Unit (possibly, but do not sacrifice sound for function)

I am thinking about either Focal Utopia's 165W3's or Rainbows CS365 VAN/Prof.

with an eclipse head unit so far.

start with the head-unit alpine 9835 is great deck for what your looking for. they also make great dvd, nav, and HD's

i would go with any of these comps up front rainbow, focal, cdt, seas

W7 is an obvious choice for a good sq driver---an 8" or 10" W7 would be sweet.

Thanks, which tube driver blue would you get and how would you configure it. Any thoughts on subs (Focal 33wx or for half the $ 33V2 possibly?).

Don't understand -- people just like the bright -- inaccurate sound eh??? Almost as weird as people bumping down the road and keeping a stock interior... -- are you after blistering sound quality? -- are you willing to invest massive time into the install or are you having it all done for you? because you would be shocked with how much a proper install will cost you... -- you may end up spending $2500-3500 on parts and the rest of that $6k on the install for the best cost vs sound quality vs sleekness tradeoff...
