600-800 watt subwoofer ?

Leaning towards an AB XFL 15 with the VFL 150.1 at 4 ohms.

Depending on how the alternator talk goes in the next few weeks, if it goes bad I'm considering running a 2nd XS 3400D in the trunk and running the VFL 150.1 at 2ohms (that will for sure by me some time to get the alternator situation figured out). I have the XS battery charger so I can charge both batteries literally anytime

will a 600 watt rms car sub plays the same as a dj sub of the same wattage?
DJ subs are designed for efficiency, car audio subs are designed for low end in a small space. So above ~50hz the DJ sub will kill a car audio...
