That's just it they don't become productive members of society... They become another drain on society..
We don't need a guest worker program for these types of people, sure if your a Dr. from Cuba or Teacher from Russia, Archt. from Japan, ok come on in! If your a fruit picker or whatever, stay in your own country and be a burden to them. We have enough "minimal people" here and we don't need any more.

How about we make the ones here criminals AND work on a new approach towards immigration policies and what not.

You are never going to get the ones here out...not practical and simply wont happen. So what you want to harbor 11 million 'criminals' and give them zero reason to integrate? That sounds like a bad idea to me, instead i would try to give them incentives to integrate so they can be productive members of society. I'm sorry if i think people are created equally and are capable of the same things i am, given the same opportunities.

Perhaps our fundamental disagreement is on the fact that i think anyone is capable of lifting themselves up and taking part in the American dream, no matter where they might have born and under what ever circumstances. Well i guess thats where i disagree. Ive known Mexicans from all socio-economic classes. Just like every other group of people. Shit the catholic school i went to had several rich *** Mexicans. Who knows the circumstances they came in under, but they were certainly capable of integration and success.

Actually there are many immigrants involved in the agricultural industry in the state. Especially the poultry farms, because they cant get Americans to deal with the smell and the heat.

Also Ive only been here for two years, i grew up in Washington state where there are huge numbers of immigrants. From Asians and Russians, to undocumented Mexicans working the apple orchards.

Where did this logic come from?
