4ohm in series or 8ohms in parallel?

No it wouldnt, there D4 man. You can run 1ohm, 4ohms, or 8ohms. A 2ohm load isnt possible, at 8ohms ude get like 250watts outa the amp so thats not a good idea.
4ohms is really ure only option with that amp, since 8ohms would under power your speakers

wire like this http://a248.e.akamai.net/pix.crutchfield.com/ca/learningcenter/car/subwoofer_wiring/2DVC_4-ohm_mono.jpg

This would be them in parallel

Uhm, not sure I can do that, I think the subs only have single connections.

Here is a link to the specs---- pdf http://www.bostonacoustics.com/PDFs/manuals/G1Man.pdf

Thanks, that's going to be the plan.

I have a 03 F150 ext cab all stock sound today, but hoping by next weekend I'll have my sound system complete.

Clarion CZ401 HU going to 2 amps (kenwood pushing the Bostons) & a Jensen 4 channel pushing 2 Rockford Fosgate 6x9 Punch (rear doors), 2 Rockford Fosgate 6x8 Prime (front doors) that will be paralleled with 2 Kenwood 4 way tweeters (in dash) Kenwoods came out of a set of 6x9's that I had in my old truck & with the bass turned up I completely seperated the main cone from the driver. It was a clean break, just blew them apart------- never seen that happen before.
