Well how do your a Fi 10's stand up. how do you like the sound on those. what do you listen to on them

i'm starting to get the feeling that this is another one of those guys who's going to do what he's going to do, and was looking for feedback more than recommendations

get the p3's, and then come back in a few months when you're trying to figure out what went wrong.

or even better, just dig up this thread, cause everyon'e already told you what WILL go wrong

Here is a pic of my next year system....I'm planning on getting my mids and highs up with the bass...i'll still be running two DD 10's....

it's not about size, it's not about number... it's the right sub, in the right box, properly installed and tuned...

Concensous seems to be leaning towards a single 10 or 12 in a sealed box. A couple 8's might work as well...

tell you what boy..i went from 2 RE MT 12s in a 5ft^3 box to 2 Fi SSD 10s in not even 2.5ft^3, and the difference was night and day. Fi blows them out of the water. Better sound, cleaner, better SQ, and they even seem louder to the ear to me. I know it doesnt sound right, 2 mid model 10s beat 2 top of the line 12s, but ill swear up and down they are louder. Although i have no number to back it up yet, havent gotten the 10s metered yet. after goin to Fi, i aint goin back to any other company. cant beat them on price right now either. $398 for both shipped.

but thats just me. im sure someone will disagree with me

BTW: Fi SSD's rated at 800wrms..i got the option of a flatwind coil..and ive been hammering them with 1k daily on each sub. they take it like a champ. dont even get warm

Louisiana..i love your setup. like mine..not made to win a show..just wired to boom.

i am looking for recomendations not feedback. and im not going with the p3's. and aswell i am under the impression you guys think i only listen to rap for friends. not true.

i absolutely love to feel the bass. this whole time i been trying to find as much bass as i can while still being able to listen to rock. not how much bass is possinble for only rock set up.

the reason i love car audio is because i love to feel the bass. when you feel your hairs move and your teeth rattle. little hard to see straight.

i want a good sq set up for daily listening.

^^that much bass^^ is not realalistic for and hours time worth of listening

why not recomend your set up to mean then! it sounds like that is exactly what i am looking for and you listen to exactly what i listen too

you know when the bass is that loud you are damaginf your hearing withing 10 seconds.. probably less... your tempanic membrane is probably as floppy as your grandma's *******...
