4 Channel Wiring

So I have a decent grasp on the situation but I've never amped my speakers before. I'm looking at a 4 channel amp and four 3ohm speakers. The amp is a Soundstream RUB4.600 which is fine at 2ohms from what I hear but what will the final ohm load be after I hook up all 4 speakers? Each speaker has 2 sets of terminals so how does that work? Also, my headunit has front and rear preamps and I already have my subs hooked up to rear. Only running front to the 4 channel with a daisy chain RCA just cuts out the fade feature right? Sub control stays the same? Thanks!

if each speaker is a 3 ohm speaker then the amp will see 3 ohms per channel which that amp is fine with. What midrange are you installing? As for the rca connection all you have to do is run 1 pair to the amp out of the front output from the deck. Select 2ch input and make sure you connect rca to front input on the amp, no daisy chain required.

what kind of rig? some factory setups use a little beefier wire and some vehciles are a pain in the *** to run new wires. I would look into upgrading the wire thats in there for most vehicles if you are going to be running that kind of power.

85 Cadillac Fleetwood! It's my lowlow so I've had the interior apart numerous times. So I figure I just cut apart all the speaker wires that were plugged into my deck and instead run em straight to the amp right? Cuz signal is from the RCA.
