Wiring Harness Wire Extensions?

Hey guys, I've run into quite a few situations where it would be great to have some spools or even just some small lengths of the standardized stereo wires. Anybody know where I could pick some up? (Outside of grabbing some cheap harnesses and ripping them apart)

get 9 wire otherwise known as speed wire.............and small spools of red, yellow and black.
