...it calculates them just fine. i would happen to know this because (saywhat? knows this as well) on every design i make i use the free-hand equation to make sure it's correct. under the port displacement screen, you need to set the port thickness to .375.

Okay top gun, you are just so cool.... I was told by a few people that it doesnt to it properly, and apparently it didnt because I have a box tuned to 50Hz, when it was supposed to be 38Hz. I was aware of changing the port thickness, and possibly I did a couple other things wrong, but bottom line, I have a box tuned to 50Hz... So **** you.

i have bbp6 and the last box i designed was suppose to be 35hz..and it was saying 38

so i have to make the port alittle longer to make the 35.....it was no biggie to me

cool? not really. not here to be approved by others. i'm just letting you know that the program works fine. I think that the problem is that you didn't realize that it assumes you are using a port in the middle of the box instead of using a side panel. as i said before, math doesn't lie //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

*edit* you also might want to go to harris tech's website and dl the maintenence pack as well.
