how would i lower the hz one my box shape thx for the help

1.3 cu. ft.,port diameter (inside the port = 4sq. in.), with a port length of 13.5in long.

how would i get the hz down to 35 when right now its set at 40. thx for the help everybody

Either make the box larger or make the port longer.

However, seeing as neither of these are ideal, a new box would be better from all standpoints.

1.5 cubes at 4 wide and 15.5 long comes out to be 35 hz

i PWNT myself again. the above post is 35hz, the 13.5 long x 4 wide is indeed 37hz with 1.5 cubes

Are you talking about a 4" round port? If so, your numbers are going to be different...

Seems like a miscommunication, Lemans is talking about a slot port while Big-Cat is talking about a round port (seems to be so...)
