2ohm and 4ohm on the same amp?

Is it possible to run a set of 2ohm speakers and a set of 4ohm speakers on the same 4 channel amp? It may seem like a rudimentary question, but I want to make sure before I go and do it.

Say for example an amp is rated at 65 x 4 @ 4ohm and 100 x 4 @ 2ohm.

If I wire one set of speakers to 4ohm and one set to 2ohm... will each set get 65w and 100w respectively?

Thanks!
