nothing but problems.. id advise you to talk to him first.

and i have never owned a dd but the sister AQ and let me tell you nothing but impressive.. im sure as long as you got the power and electrical you will love the dd

Only have experience with one 15" DP that I built a box for last year. VERY impressive sub that kills on the lows and takes 1500 daily with no issues.

Actually depending on what your going for I'd think a woofer could be louder with stiffer suspension as opposed to "broken in"

Alot cutomers get a wiff by buying their subs like everyone else and not publically ask for a discount from the owner of the Company on a public forum. I am at work, and dont have access to my gmail account to see what NICK can do for me, and a person with your attitude is not helping someone like NICK who I know can sell these subs for whatever he wants. Instead of being patient and trying to get a good deal when nothing but bad things are almost equally being posted with the good things makes a decision harder someone like you says something to destroy the desire and when I have just a few days before spending half a grand on something that alot of people are saying not to do as well with many others saying to disregard makes buying a different subwoofer easy. I am Ignore'ing you because I still want that big *** woofer LOL..

Take into consideration when you google "World record SPL" and you see DD, and can get a used one that people swear on will last you a life time considering I wont be hitting it with more than 1500wrms daily. Yet I found something else I like alott.. and its the IA DP 21" woofer!

So it's about wanting something, and being able to talk to the owner himself makes you feel like a real customer. Thats worth the extra buck, but there is alot of conflictive statements. I have to wait after my 10 hour shift when I go home to read my gmail and see if I got a sexy deal. I stated I was willing to take the ugliest **** scratched up DP 21" that he wouldnt send to anyone so long as it is reliable, and he will warranty it for me (but at a little better of a deal)

Listen bro. I have had a couple DP's and they are great subs. The quality is awsome and the service Nick provides is GREAT! All i am saying is stop calling out Nick to give you a break for a sub on the forum when he owes you nothing. Learn how to use a PM or shoot him an email when your home. The first thing i know Nick will say is give me a call. He is a good guy like that. But stop acting like your owed something cause you have $500 bucks to spend. I am sure Nick would love to gain a customer and sale you his equipment. But in my eyes your going about this all wrong. Grow up man. If you do end up buying a DP 21" sub i am sure you wil love it! What are you going to power this sub with by the way. I am curious??

How bout this bro.. Buy a motor on the classifieds and have Nick recone the sub to a 21 for you?? Im sure that will be under your budget man.
