I can tell you right now the quality of components used in the RF are much better then those from massive by far. I've used RF amplifiers going back 30 years and always top notch. You pay for the brand though.

AND I can tell you that the components in the SI are equal to or better than RF. Relative...

Simply put, it’s true . Show me an amps internals and I’ll tell you the factory it’s made and you can contact them on alibaba and buy it direct for half the price . That’s why I laugh when people compare amps when it’s the same thing as the next one

Agin, yes and no. Compare the two DS18 korean designs, almost identical, both designed in the DS Korean shops, one is sourced and built exclusively in Korea the other sourced and built in china, about 40% less. If y ou want a hi end SQ unit, then something like the SI SIQ-75.4 at $419

Called cookie cutter amps. I see them all the time on Williston Audio Labs youtube.

It's not just Williston...pretty much all budget amps are buildhouse specials with different badges and advertised ratings

The one with the Korean board that is made in China is most likely made by teampie. You can easily tell looking at the board which is made in China and which one is made in Korea. This why I listed Korean boards and built in China and built in Korea.

Agree, Didn't say that you were incorrect, just a bit oversimplified. Keep in mind when recommending other products that the original goal is to accomodate a possible 140db+ system and still get decent sound. Focal are nice ( I use a LOT of their product), would not have been my preferred comps for this application.

And both of the EXL and Hooligan are from their S Korean Design house, been verified already. Anyhow, with the goal in mind, I would look at some Stevens comps for output and sound quality and maybe a little better 4 channel, doesn';t have to a $400 RF to get you there, in my experience.
