2000 Camry Build

So I worked yesterday on the trunk cleaning it up. I got it the best I am gonna. If this stuff peels in the future I will give it the middle finger of approval. Whilst cleaning I uncovered a couple places that had to be sealed with black silicone. Other than that it's ready for some butyl. I have to finish tearing out the back seat and rear deck covering and get it cleaned up. All that will happen next week. This weekend has been full. Been working on the Camry for a couple days now. Had to replace all struts, CV axles, transmission output shaft seals, fuel door latch cable, hood, air intake resonator, and center console arm rest. The car is a 'hooptie' if you will but it's paid for and insurance is cheap. If the motor craps out on it I'll just put in a new one. $3k for a motor is cheaper than $65K for a new truck!
Dammned Straight!! Im not paying the ridiculous high prices for anything new or used any more. Im running my rides in the dirt! If the parts get too expensive to keep any of mine running, or not available in the local scrap yard in the future... Ill chop that joker up and make me some long lasting Bar stools and tables. I hate all the new Electronic stuff on these vehicles. Too much BS! I like my old rides, and they are all PAID FOR.Even better! Drive that Camary as long as you can. Its a Dammned good vehicle. Just take care of it, and keep up with things such as these, and keep that oil changed, fuel filter, plugs and wires, ect.

What do you guys think about the Down4Sound amps? I was looking at this one for my mids/highs.

If you have room for it and its within your budget? Why not? I havent ran any, but have heard a few, and people seem to like them? Customer service may be an issue as stated in the future if needed? Ive been running a CT Sounds 150.4 and its been a dammned good smaller chassis mids and highs amp. Might look at that? Several others to consider. Find what you really want and the Christmas sales would be a great time to purchase

I was thinking about a game plan on the trunk. I wonder how it would work out putting a small electric heater in there and some of the butyl squares to warm everything up then apply till it cools then repeat. Anything I should be concerned about? Fuel tank is under the back seat so no worries there.
Go to Harbor Freight and get a heat gun and do it as you go to save time and to get the amount of heat needed to lay it and roll it to stick. Leave the deadner inside to keep warm until you decide to use it. Heat guns are CHEAP,and work excellent
