haha i went and made a video anyway...this is with the car off, single yellow top, about 500 watts a piece if not less, "16 cube (whole trunk) leaky *** ported box"

looks good so far, i would have gone with US composites for the foam though, since they have so **** much available.

now get to sealing that box up and throw some real power on those.

thanks ppl,

now...it doesn't SEEM like its leaking to the cabin anymore (which i was hoping it wouldn't), but how can I be sure? There are no obvious places it is, but theres a lot of air moving around back there and its hard to tell if individual spots might have leaks or if its just because...well...obviously the subs/port are moving air...

^so basically I'm a little hesitant to go ahead and finish the box because I wont have access to the inside anymore without tearing it apart, think I should just go for it?

basically, you need to seal it off from the back. then start looking for leaks, thats the only way you'll find them.

having half the box open doesnt allow you to find anything

I guess either way I have to just do it and then make the best of it if its not right

gah...sucks I couldn't tune in the 20's...haven't had any time to work on this in the past day so I've just been listening to it as it is and everything below 35hz is just ridiculously violent...sucks I'm gonna lose some of that when I finish it up and its tuned to more like 34 instead of the 25 its at right now.

ah well...hopefully the 25-35hz range will be at least as loud or close to what it is now

I think you will be fine. You are forgetting the transfer function of the vehicle which will extend your low end.
