The flexing = lost pressure, sound being converted into energy. While flex can be an indicator of loudness, it's also an indicator that you're losing a lot of your loudness, not to mention the fact that some cars will flex more easily than others of courseya know.. its really depressing when I think of this setup.....
The shi tty part is the guy who built the boxes didnt know what he was doing with the Aero's, so it sounded like crap!! Although I didnt have a TON of power, it should have been louder
