Quart, one pack of matthanks looks like autozone should have it
Should a quart be enough? Or do I really need a gallon?

I plan on it //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif granted it'll still be like a gigantic leaky ported box, but hopefully no air leaks into the cabin other than straight through the portsOnce the foam cures fire it up...see what happens //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
haha seriously...It makes me wish I could just wall it and get it over with, but I need my back seat //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gifman thats a project and a half trying to build that into the trunk. Looks pretty sweet though, specially how the front baffle goes right up to the surround on the sub. If you can get it all sealed up just make some grills for the ports and paint em similar to the interior and people will just think they are grills for some 6x9's or something.
Hope the foam worked, looking forward to the rest of the box going in.
Alright thanks I'll look into it, autozone has something called fiberglass resin 'jelly', could that be useful in this situation?if you haven't got the materials yet, get some body filler and glass mat, and rip the mat apart and make some duraglass/kitty hair. Or find some duraglass/kitty hair (fiberglass reinforced filler)
Glob in it, use a squeegee or your hand to smooth and apply it, then if you want, glass over it with a couple layers. 1 quart resin should be enough, if there is a smaller can, that may work too, depending on how much you use.
