You know, you're absolutely right //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif and thats why I spent the last hour with a friend tryin to get the **** thing in, finally got it. Assuming 8.5 cubes net (conservatively) I'll be tuned at 34hz.Personally, I would keep working on it with them at there current tuning. You like the lows, and I dont think those subs would be happy with a higher tune. Nor would you, lol.
You may want to look into/ask what car manufacturers use in the trunk and other places for seals...it seems to be a very hard goop that they use to seal up seems and such, it's rigid and pretty darn hard to do anything to...i can take a pic of it in my trunk if you don't know what im talking about^^anyone feel free to chime in...is using some kind of caulk or clay or expanding foam not a good idea? Just need to know if it would work, if not, what would
just need to seal up some .1-.75" gaps
I'd appreciate a pic, not sure what you're talking about lolYou may want to look into/ask what car manufacturers use in the trunk and other places for seals...it seems to be a very hard goop that they use to seal up seems and such, it's rigid and pretty darn hard to do anything to...i can take a pic of it in my trunk if you don't know what im talking about

Yeah that might work if its a fairly uniform gap.Foam weather stripping from Home Depot or the like.
x2 As long as you dont plan on poppin them out and changing them, not sure if the resin would eat up the foam though. Just somethin to keep in mind.Maybe a little expanding foam in the gap and then shave it flush and cover it with a bit of fiberglass...?
