Waiting on cash more than anything, but pretty much all I need now is my sub box, rear batteries and bus bars for them.

Great job so far. Some different stuff. ***** the flock didn't work, I wanted to do that to my ride. Can't wait to see more.
I'm confident if you used higher quality flock and glue (there's stuff out there designed for outdoor use, like on goose decoys) it would turn out better. But thanks!

Couple quick things. Haven't done much because of this girl:

I'm volunteering with Guide Dogs of Texas, and I'm boarding (a.k.a. dogsitting) her on weekends.

Anyway, got SHCA wire from Jim this week, 50ft. of OFC. Also got this loom:

Gave in and bought a torch and vice so I can solder everything:

Actually, this was my first time soldering these big lugs. I won't not solder again. **** that crimper! Lol.

Cut my front to rear runs of wire. I measured with rope and gave myself extra, so I'm just praying I have enough once I actually get it in the car. Shouldn't have done it this way, but I am bored. Put the loom on, soldered on one side of terminals:

Also found the best spot ever for my ground:

It's plastic. I like the stuff, wayyyyy better than the standard corrugated loom. Here's the link to the black, they have a bunch of patterns if you look at his other stuff.

My wiring is already in the car.....but that would be pretty nice to have over it. I think I would put it over 3 of the power runs. Because all of my runs are in black... And the power just has some red tape at the end so I know.

thank you for the find!

Could you link me to where you bought the heat shrink tubing?I need it big enough for I believe it was 2/0 or 3/0 copper lugs like yours.
Got them from Jim when I ordered a bunch of stuff, they are SHCA heat shrink. The lugs are 1/0ga. But I'm sure you could get any heat shrink from PE or somewhere, maybe .75" would work?

Got my Vampire Wires RCA's. These will be used from HU to PAC LC-1:

Took out the tape player and got this in:

Haven't done a whole lot, due to the heat around here and being a bit busy. Waiting on cash flow too so I can get my rear batts, bus bars, and sub box wood. But I'm putting in the HU this weekend, so I'll be without music for a couple weeks. I'm ok with it, I want this **** done.
