No. I'd never own an ev.

Hopefully you'll hear from someone who has actually done it. Many safety concerns with evs themselves, I imagine many more if tweaking them.

If your ev has a separate 12v battery for accessories I've heard thats the best route for power connections, but being evs have no alternator and use a dc/dc converter on the drive battery it probably gets complicated. Car audio is already complicated and we haven't even begun talking about amp integration.
