18" solox sub box

i am looking for a custom 8cuft box for my 18" solox kicker to put in my 1969 dodge charger. about how much will that cost? the trunk is only 16 in tall so the side where the sub mounts will have to be slanted up but the other dimensions are about 3.5-4ft. long and about 5 ft. wide

it looks just fine to me. Id love to see you own a 69 charger in better condition.

so what would a box cost to be made by a local shop. one already quoted me at $600 which is B.S. ????

I would hope if you have a 69 charger your handy ur self and could build a box.. even if ur not.. do it ur self.. Thats a really nice charger.. I also agree that I wouldent kill it with an 18".. just get a nice single 12 and def doo nott drill cut ect. anythingggg on that carr pleaseeee

600$ is way too much

You can get plans easily, or draw them up yourself

Just get 2-3 Sheets of 3/4 MDF, a table / circular saw, and you're set

i can built a box its not that hard but the port stuff confuses me...

port size, box tuning for a certain freq. and all that other stuff is freakin confusing to me
