6.7 cubes @ 31hz with 100sq.in. of port.

Still need to make another front for the double baffle, after that I'm going to round the port and all the edges of the box with my router and begin putting it together with wood glue and my pneumatic nail gun.

Bracing

They will prevent the box from flexing. I've built a box similar to this design shown above, but on a smaller scale and did not do any bracing and it flexed soo bad in the middle of the box that if I layed my my cell phone on the box it would bounce and do flips. With these (2) wooden dowels installed in the middle of the box it should cut down big time on flexing and make the bass tighter.

I havn't permanetly found a spot for them yet. When my BTL gets here I will be able to place them more accuratly.

Tape for holding the box together while I dry fit everything. I got lucky and all the cuts fit perfect. The dowels were the biggest ones I could find at the hardware store, they are 1¼".
