I'm looking for a set of 5.25 speakers for my rear doors. Driven off an old Soundstream Reference 644s - at either 75w@4ohm or 150w@2ohms.

I usually run them up at a minimal level just for fill, but like being able to get some extra bang out of them when I feel the need to open the doors etc. So looking to get the most I can out of the hole and the power I have existing.

FWIW, I have 2 old a/d/s 6.5's @ 150w up front on a JL amp, and a single sealed 10"@320w - also on the Soundstream.

It's looking like 150wrms is a bit heavy for 5.25's - even for 2-ohms. I was even leaning towards more of a mid-bass driver, but still not finding much. Maybe that's just physics on a small diameter.

Anyway just looking speaker suggestions or what-would-you-do ideas given the same setup?
