15" TC-9 good for HT sub?

I have a 15" TC-9 just sitting around doing nothing so I was wondering if it would work well for a HT sub?

If so what kind of enclosure and what amp would you recommend. I don't want to spend too much $$$ on this but I also don't want to waste my money on junk.
