I just hooked up my acoustic research arxp62s and I love them. They don't have a lot of bass but sound excellent and am very happy with them. I have a pretty small room (12 X 10). I bought a 5ft tall sonotube by 18 inches wide (I think 8.2 cubes) and want to use it since I paid $25 for it. What should I do to get rock (deftones, seether, etc.) shake my room but also sound good for movies. I want to incorparate my sonotube so please don't suggest building using something else.
My budget COULD be $200 for amp and sub(s) but it is it really necessary for my small room? I really would like to keep it under $200 so please shoot me some suggestions and tunning (if ported).
