15" sq sub suggestions...

I am looking for a single 15" setup. I want really good sq. I listen to all rock music korn, tool, system of a down...etc I was thinking of jumping on the band wagon and getting an fi q, or even an eclipse sw8154 but not sure. I am looking for something in that price range though. Not really wanting to go over 300.
