1 DD 1512 off of 1k alpine pdx is louder than 1 12" type r with the same amp.

I have seen the results before and on the TL the difference was about 2db.

So a 9500 would shit on 2 type r's if fed right power and box.

With the amp i had in there which is was a POS (Quantium 4000) i hit a 140.3 im going to a comp this weekend to see what im hitting with my DD M3 on my 15 now im hoping for a 145 and hopefully next week i will have my new box made and put that in there and see how i do

installation makes a huge difference on how both subs will perform. You can't just say that 1 DD can shit on two type r's just based on how many watts it is getting.

Point blank we are talking sub vs. subs and a single 9500 anything is louder than 2 type r's,i was at a Usaci comp sunday,know how many alpine subs i saw vs. DD? Not 1 Alpine, And to the OP ....sorry but..............
