12" Sub & Enclosure for Dodge Ram Single Cab???

I have a Dodge Ram 1500 SLT Single Cab Pickup and I would like to put a nice Single 12" Sub behind the passenger seat. Im not exactly sure of the measurements but there seems to be a decent space back there(8-10" Wide). I was hoping someone had some input on an install?

I appreciate your help
