10" uber sub??

I have a hifonics bx1500d. I am looking to get a new sub with a ported box. I have limited trunk space probobly a 2cu. ft. box max. which 10" sub do you think would work best in a small ported enclosure? alpine type x? idmax? orion h2?

Well since your amp is overrated, then out of those I would do either the type X or the Idmax. I am sure you would like either one of those. Might want to look into the rlp or the magnum as well. They are some of the better internet subs. Peace!

I really like the idmax too they have a 4 and 2 ohm dvc model So I could wire it for a 1ohm load to my amp . that is not possible with the 4ohm dvc's on the type x right? also I have seen these subs in these huge ported boxes 2.5 +cu ft. Is this really neccesary? Would this box work?
