One or Two Subs?

I am looking into buying subs for my car, and I am having trouble deciding how many to purchase. I am looking for a mix of SQ and SPL, in that SQ is my primary concern but I want to have a fair amount of volume. So I am torn, Ive heard one 12" is enough, or two 10" is the way to go, and I dont really know what to think. I drive a Hyundai Accent so space is also somewhat of a factor. Any advice is appreciated, thanks

There are tons of options for solid SQ with the ability to get loud.

My personal preference (as evidenced by my signature) is Diamond Audio.

If you have a dealer near you go have a listen to the D6 subs and see what you think. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Edit: I have a single 12" in a trunk car (don't know if your Accent is a trunk or a hatch car) and it gets plenty loud for my tastes
