1 sub inbox is louder than 2

I have 2 Alum12qs in a bandpass box Each is 1000rms. I've only had 1 BMX2250 amp 1000 watts max, so I've only been pushing 1 12 bridged and it is loud. As soon as I received my second BMX2250, I hooked it up to the other 12 bridged, and used the other rca input to that amp. My system now sounds horrible low. As soon as I pull the rca out of one of the amps it gets louder with just 1 sub playing. How can I get the full power out of both of these amps and subs?

had the same problem as you.... i ended up selling the amps because i couldnt get figure it out... and didnt want to do reading... interested to find out what it was though

Seems like the speaker wires on one of the amps just needed to be turned the other way. System is now punchin like it should be. Thanks. I hope the problem wasn't that easy for you. I'm use to the amp just shutting off when the sppeaker wire is put in the wrong spot
