1 ohm stable amp @ .75 ohm. Is it safe?

should be ok. make sure you have good power. 12v-14v. to support the current draw. what amp, what is your alt charging and how many batteries do you have

 
I think its a 170 amp alt in there now, I didn't add extra batteries yet because I don't need them with the power I'm running now. But I want to run two amps, one to each speaker that are 1800 rms each with amps that will put that out at 1 ohm.

Dayton WT3 will do an impedence sweep quickly. Every frequency will be a different impedence, most above nominal.

I'd say any decent amp that claims 1 ohm stable should drive a .75 ohm nominal load.
