'02 Civic Type-R - Changing Head Unit?

Hi there,

New to this forum so please bear with me.

I have a 2002, Honda Civic Type-R and am looking to change over the headunit for an aftermarket version. I've bought the appropriate flush face plate and wiring loom but am completely stuck as to how to get out the oem unit.

Has anybody worked out how to do this??

Any help would be greatly received.

go to this site, i think theres a diy on there (I know there's one for the US Spec Civic Si. I think the only thing thats different is that yours is Right Hand Drive, but don't quote me on it.) Should be a DIY in the DIY section, if not, you can always search the I.C.E (In Car Entertainment) section, I know there's a few things in there about it. http://www.7thgencivic.com
