heres what I bought

well not really. The one i bought only holds 1 fuse

1/0Ga in, 1/0Ga Out.

Came with no instructions. Why would I need them? It comes with a blue wire dangling from the back. Is it remote lead turn on. Or a ground? If i apply a 5v power source to it and ground the cable it flashes 91, 90, then flashes 00.

Emailed the seller and he said it's remote lead turnon... Dunno what to do.

I would think it would be a ground, it would have to be in order to get a complete circuit to power the display. (The +12 comes from the 1/0 wire).

thats what i figured. its why I grounded it.

When I ground it in the car it flashes then does nothing. Ground it with a lower voltage source and it goes back to blinking 91/90/00

i'll try hooking it up to remote turn on and see if it blows up or not

are you sure there arent any other connections involved? Maybe the Blue wire is supposed to be a remote turn on wire and there's another connection for the ground.

I dont know. If thats remote turn on it means that I must have something hooked up to get a digital readout of the voltage. IE Battery > Fuse Holder > Amp > Ground

If i dont do that then it should work.

And the Knukonceptz fuse holder. I hate that type of holder. I have one that came with my streetwires box. Changing a fuse is a pain in the ***. Gotta unscrew both sides, slide the cable one way, unscrew a terminal, shift it the other way, unscrew a terminal, take a wire out, take the fuse, replace fuse, then reverse.

With the one I have i pop the cover off, loosen two allen bolts and remove the fuse. Place new fuse, tighten the bolts and pop the cover back on.

Sure its not "Waterproof" But the chances of it getting heavily soaked are slim.

Everything i've ordered from this site got to me FAST, and was top notch quality.

Their site sucks for browsing, you need to search for what you need, but their prices are fantastic.

Check out their prices for 0 gauge ring terminals....

$3 a piece for gold plates, set-screw 0 gauge ring terminals. It's heaven. I got 14 of them, and they're just as good as the ones you pay $7 a piece for at the store.

A local store sells a 5 pack of tsunami platinum plated for 11 bucks. Unbeatable.
