New Speakers For My Evo IX

I don't know if these have been mentioned already, but the Pioneer Premier TS-C720PRS would be a good choice as well. As for Rainbow and Hertz, yes they make great speakers. I have the Germaniums myself, and love them. The Rainbow CMX Kicks, or Hertz HSK 165's would be good affordable...

    4runner Full Install

Since you're not getting a subwoofer, you'll want some speakers with good midbass output. Infinities have none. I suggest the Pioneer Premier TS-C720PRS components. They can be had online for about $250. The Pioneer TS-D1602R coaxials (about $90) can be used for rear speakers, if you want...

New Speakers For My Evo IX

The dealer locater on the Alpine site shows two authorized dealers in Springfield, IL. I'm sure there are more if you don't mind driving a little. Get out there and give some a listen, and get what sounds good to your ears. You're the one that will have to listen to them every day. Also, you...

Hertz HSK 165 or Rainbow CMX Kicks are nice choices in that price range.

    Hertz Mille VS. Rainbow Germ

You say you have an iPaul amplifier. I'm assuming the 4.300, since you say 90w per channel. You can bridge that amp and get up to 270 watts per channel. You don't have to use all of that power (and in fact you shouldn't).

cheapest place to get sound deadening

I believe Raammat is gonna be one of the cheapest, high quality butyl-based mats out there. But even Raammat isn't much cheaper than Damplifier (not Pro). Raammat is about $1.90/sq.ft., while Damplifier is about $2.33/sq.ft. (for 80 sq.ft). I'd stay away from the eDead v1se or FatMat stuff.

    Any ideas?

Well, if you plug in an mp3 player directly into the amp, using a headphone to RCA converter cable, and you get sound out of the sub, then you know the problem is either with the RCA's from the headunit, or the headunit itself. To check that you have signal coming out of the amp, you can plug...

    Hertz Mille VS. Rainbow Germ

Ah, I missed that part. I'd go with the MLK165's.
