Two FiQ15s or one LMS5400 ? your opinions

Put it this way...I had the 04 xxx in a nolteaudio snail shell designed specifically for the xxx with 2200 watts...and i put the uber (3hp motor) in that box with half the power..and it is noticeably louder and sounds better. Now the LMS-5400 has the 4hp motor...you do the math

 
Is the LMS even really a practical driver

Low Q, very low FS

May be difficult to build a proper enclosure for, and oh yeah its 1000 bucks for a single driver

Although it is a sexy driver, and it would be fun to play with it's still a one thousand dollar shot in the dark

Giving subs more power really wakes them up. The MRP-500 is pretty low power. You would really notice more authority in your bass.

JL RD1500.1 does rated power @1 or 2 ohms, Does 1800 to 1900 watts in tests I've seen.. Designed buy a guy who designed old school PPI and Xtant...
