Zobel crossover networks - Who's built them?

Does anybody here know how to build a Zobel network, or have you ever done it? Have you ever first-hand heard the before and after effects? I've done a bit of reading, it's qui interesting how it can help dramatically lower the impedance shift of a speaker at resonance. I know a guy local here, he just did an awesome write up for CA&E mag, he's running custom-built Zobel networks in his GTI, with an xtant 5 channel, running all factory speakers - and OMFG does it sound just amazing. Any thoughts?
