building a box for a friend.. going in an explorer.. he wants it to be a dual woofer box to fit the both of them in one enclosure.. he wants to go sealed and hes gona be running it off a hifonics BXi1606D.

anyone got some nice box specs they could send me over so i can go to work..

i posted this in enclosure design and contsrtuction but im not getting many replies and i need to build this box today..

i could go ported if the box wont take up the whole trunk but im lookin to save as much space without sacraficing SQ..

And what year-model are the Type Rs he's planning on using?

Just check our realmofexcursion.com ... go to videos then alpine.... plenty of type R videos on there.... there for you can see the boxes and how the woofer "performs" (AKA, how it shakes the sh!t out of stuff, not always better, but a good guide)

I had mine sealed at 1.75cft off a 1000rms and it pounded them pretty good.
