the bible does say that in the last days there will be a one world currency and one world economy. it seems to me that we are moving towards that. you guys should take a look at what the bible says about other things thatll happen in the last days. it all seems to be playing out exactly as it was written 2,000 years ago. flame on but you really have no right unless you do a little research first. I'm not Christian, and I do think there are some very valuable things in the bible, but you Sir need to do a little bit more research on who wrote Revelations.

WTF??????? No where in that article was it suggested the the U.S. ditches its own currency.

Some of the suggestions and concerns of the panel are quite valid. And I agree that a single "reserve currency" in today's globalized economy is problematic and agree with the panel that a "two (or three) country reserve system "may be equally unstable."

Many countries have already made the decision for their currency reserve to be based on the EURO as the currency has remained strong since its creation. But like the panel said, a currency reserve system based on 2 -3 3 currencies is a bad idea. The IMF SDRs as suggested by the panel seem to be a viable solution to creating a sustainable and stable currency reserve system.
