Hello, I need help with an enclosure. It is for a Fi BTL 18". The sub displacment is .29 cu ft,and the sub cutout diameter needs to be 16.75" The Width needs to be 48", the height can be 20" +/- 1" and the depth should be no longer than 15". I want it to be 5-6 Cu ft. tuned to 33hz. Port area needs to be 12-16 sq in every 1 cu ft. The port can be either slot or aero port but I would prefer aero ports. I would like aero ports with a diameter of 6". Sub should face the rear and port should also face rear. If you give me a box blueprint, with specific dimensions, and made to those specs I will give you a little gift. Its Quake 4 for PC. I installed and played once, and I reassure you it still works perfectly. My email is

Just after some quick calc. I get 6.4 cubes after sub disp. not counting port.

Being that im not 100% sure how to calculate area of aeros, i tried what i think i know. Here's the equation i used. pi*r^3. According to this i got 75in^2, and you wanted 72 sq in, correct?

I get approx. 2 6" aeros 7.54 in long for a tuning of 33 htz.

I dont know how to sketchup aeros so someone else can chime in for that as well as my formula.

you dont have to put the port in the hole, just put the hole on the baffle

Here it is:

I messed up on the port holes because i made them 5" instead of 6 which is what they should be, also i have no idea what half of 16.75 is so i just did closest.

Cuts.

Baffle and Back: 3' 10.5"x 18.5"

Sides: 18.5x 15" x2

Top and Bottom: 4'x 15"'

Second Baffle: (If applicable) 20"x4'
