i'm putting in 400 a check right now and currently that company is putting in 6%...of course the company percentage grows every year til i hit the ceiling which is 22%

hell yes....and i just got into the real estate game, so i'm looking for realy early retirement. Housing market crash has really made a huge opportunity for those looking to make money right now.

Just about to look into that myself...have 3 more annoying little bills to get rid of (lingering from my ex wife) and then I'll be good to go

some tips i can give you if you're thinking about flippin houses.......get a very comprehensive home inspection first, look at property values in the area before you commit, find a good realtor to help you find the deals (my best friends wife works for Prudential Realty), and remember these 2 things are most important....its not YOUR house, keep it simple, get in and get out and secondly...never pay you contractors up front...give them some to cover materials, and save the rest til the work is done.

I made a nice profit off my old house. But wasn't doing it to flip it. I thought I was going to be there a long time, so dumped a good amount of money into it, well refinanced to do it and I came out on top. I wish I didn't sell that house now though.
