Bones, take care of this lightweight, please.I'm sick of these ashamed tobacco users. Smoke in your house you ****in' loser! Smoke while you eat. Smoke while you ****, smoke while you sleep, smoke while you smoke.
SMOKE!
I would love to live in Canada. I've known a few from there. My own father lived there for years. He loved it.Canada rocks, not to mention their acceptance of substance users considering their laws aren't near as harsh thus leading to thousands of happy potheads stimulating the economy and not murdering cops.
MOUNTIES FTW
Fail, redo over.i was talking about you...i don't smoke...period. Even if i wanted too, i'm allergic to cigarette smoke
Not to mention British Columbia is probably one of the most beautiful fertile areas on the earthI would love to live in Canada. I've known a few from there. My own father lived there for years. He loved it.
Very liberal and relaxed place to live it seems, unlike the right wing, uptight, religiously fanatical, greedy, corporate controlled and strangled country that we live in.

Going to have to wait until I move out of here...San Diego is not a place to be flipping houses...the house across the street from me has been for sale for 16 months...they can't even give it awaysome tips i can give you if you're thinking about flippin houses.......get a very comprehensive home inspection first, look at property values in the area before you commit, find a good realtor to help you find the deals (my best friends wife works for Prudential Realty), and remember these 2 things are most important....its not YOUR house, keep it simple, get in and get out and secondly...never pay you contractors up front...give them some to cover materials, and save the rest til the work is done.
Time is never free.
I get paid to post, so consider this one on da house. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif
100 in free food, which they sent me twice so 200 in free food and medical bills paid forDid you ever get any money out of that. Trying to remember, but was something else.
yeah, tough area for flipping. The trick is buy dirt cheap, fix for peanuts and sell high. i'm just looking at houses that i can move quickly....for instance, me and some partners of mine just bought 2 units for 17,000...gonna put 20k into them and sell each for 40,000 to move them quick. (yesw i know, we can buy shit for pennies out here where i live) looking at a 43,000 profit before realtors fee's and bank fee's and such. there are hundreds of houses like that around here.Going to have to wait until I move out of here...San Diego is not a place to be flipping houses...the house across the street from me has been for sale for 16 months...they can't even give it away
Those are the same threads, lol!
