yeah, tough area for flipping. The trick is buy dirt cheap, fix for peanuts and sell high. i'm just looking at houses that i can move quickly....for instance, me and some partners of mine just bought 2 units for 17,000...gonna put 20k into them and sell each for 40,000 to move them quick. (yesw i know, we can buy shit for pennies out here where i live) looking at a 43,000 profit before realtors fee's and bank fee's and such. there are hundreds of houses like that around here.

Been working security field for many a years and worked my way up to Loss Prevention Manager. This is with different companies and what not. Trust me, you probably do better than me. lol.....theres some areas in my town that are very low income, but there is a ton of money to be made off of the area. hell ANYBODY can afford the payments on a 40-50k house. There are at least 2000 houses right now i can buy for less than 10k that really just need a good cleaning, some paint and some new windows. Plus, one of my high school friends owns his own general contracting company so i get some cash discounts
