Yellow car and yellow custom hatch box to much yellow??

Well it'll take up less room, less wires to hook up and it is one big amp so it's impressive to look at. Very reliable amps and clean sound, it is one of the most powerful 5 channel amps on the market. Make sure you get the MCH1300 and not the MCH600 because they look about the same but the 600 does less power. Also make sure the used one is in good working condition.
You can sell the two you have to fund the install or keep them for future use. Should be a win-win situation.
How much would you sell each amp for if it were you? The only scary thing is I know i have really taken care of my amps I don't wanna buy one that has been abused.I did find a new one in the box for $450

$450 for a new one is decent, maybe ask the person if he'll take $400 or a wee bit less.

As far as selling yours... it depends on what much you paid for. No one's gonna pay $500 for 1100 watts these days(you can get quality 1500 watts for as little as $210 new) but since Memphis is a respected brand it is a selling point, plus my guess is those are somewhat rare.

I would keep them if you're not hurting for money but I'd say start at ~$380 for the sub amp and ~$280 for the 4 channel, that still seems a bit expensive but who knows.

Wingman, gtfo. There's nothing wrong with painting amps, as long as it's professionally done. Plenty of people get amps painted or powdercoated to match their vehicle...

As for the box, I'd normally say no; but since the box is custom fiberglass, I say go for it.

Bro you can't even figure out why you have bad voltage drop with only 1200 watts of power so leave this one to me. There's a reason why all the heatsinks in PCs and home audio/pro audio gear are bare/anodized aluminum or copper - to maximize heat dissipation. Car audio amps only have color on them because otherwise they'll all look the same and be hard to identify, but I did own an amp that's just polished aluminum and that looked sick as hell.

holy hell those amps are sweeeet! I desided to keep the amps i have and use them. I would love to get them airbrushed like those amps
