XXX Prob**help**

Sorry to thread jack but ****... I thought I was the only one having these popping problems . I recently installed my XXX 12" w/ a Soundstream VanGogh 1600w in a ported box. Everything's wired up properly w/ zero gage wiring and a 2 farad cap. Also, my stock BMW battery is pretty big and sits in the back of the trunk. if it makes a constant hum noise with a flickering "open rca light" on the amp i bet your battery is under 10.5 volts or the amps is getting around that kind of voltage check it with a dmm. if it is get a new battery and do the big 3
